Jacqueline is our hostess for the Teapot Challenge. We are sending cards to two year old Levi who is having health problems. She challenged us to use the primary or secondary colors of the color wheel. This card is for Levi's 5 year old brother Luke.
This is a flap card layout. I downloaded a clipart image of a construction vehicle that I thought Luke might like. I die cut that image with a large stitched circle die and added a die cut star as well as a star gem. The yellow paper is DSP. The computer generated sentiment was die cut with a banner die and another star gem was added. I stamped a circle design on the light blue cardstock and used that paper for the background panel, small panel behind the sentiment and for the die cut star.
Thank you, Jacqueline. Thank you, Amy and Anne, for giving us the opportunity to encourage Levi and his family.

I'm sure Luke will feel very special getting his own card...and don't boys love bulldozers....I know they do..years ago I had to watch them a lot with my g-nephews.

That vehicle (and again, great colors!) is so perfect for a little boy, and I like how you personalized it as you did with Levi’s card. And super sweet that you included a card for big brother. Great work!!

That is great - my brother would have loved this when he was Luke's age. Your stamped background is intriguing and has a real construction site/rugged look to it.

That is one mean looking machine...a young boy's dream machine I bet. Love the colors on this and that you make a flap card. How fun for Luke. I'm sure he will adore this.
