I changed:
- patterned paper to stenciled
- left off the ribbon
- the stamped sentiment to a die cut
I began by stenciling the background using some blue ink, then stenciled a die cut circle using the same stencil but different colours. I pop dotted the circle over the inked bkg, matching it up, then glued on the birthday sentiment.

I love these bright cheery colors and how you kept the design from the inspiration card while going in a completely different direction! Such a fun card!
