Chris our hostess for this week's Color Challenge CC889 has selected Bumble Bee, Granny Apple Green and Basic Gray with the dessert option of using 'vellum'.
My design starts with a stenciled background in Basic Gray. The image was water colored on watercolor paper using reinkers. I incorporated my dessert of vellum in the scallop below the focal point over an embossed gray panel.

This is an absolutely beautiful little scene. I love the scalloped vellum (and had actually thought I would use something similar - except I accidentally left that set of dies at home) - and your expert coloring!

Gorgeous! Love the design in the gray and white with pops of color for the focal image. Draws the eye in. Wonderful way to use these challenge colors. Fabulous details. The sentiment is perfect for the image. Well done!
