I guess you could say that today's WT - Doodling got me jump started on yesterday's SC. I'll have to say that I really have to push myself to doodle & I thought the SC was a hard one. But the doodle push made it easier. I chose this Quiet Meadow flower b/c I figured I could doodle around it. I flicked color on with Lt. Daff Delight & dotted Lt Mossy Meadow in the center. Then I doodled around the edges. For the SC I picked this DSP thinking it was too cute & perfect for the SC. I really think now it's too busy. I fussy cut a bee for the sentiment & covered him in clear Wink of Stella pollin!! And, I'm reading an Amish story where the girl is a beekeeper!
Thanks for stopping by.

Karen, love this card for many reasons. I thought the sketch was very difficult with two main focal points. You nailed it perfectly with those lovely blooms, and they do look great with the doodling around. The extra border is a nice touch. TFS

I don't think it's too busy...bees come in swarms. Okay, I know there are solitary bees too, but this made me think of the time my mother didn't give them enough smoke when she was working on the hive, and they all came out and started attacking the house. Your doodling frames the flowers perfectly.

That dp is such fun with those cute little bees. Love the doodled squares of the flower blossoms, mdf!
