When I saw Karen's colors this week I immediately thought of this stamp set - which I hadn't used. So it is perfect that dessert is a 4th color; I can use green!
I was a bit stuck on the layout so I went through my notebook of card sketches. I print the sketch challenges put them in a notebook. When stuck I find it really helps to just pull out the book and flip through it. In this case the lucky "winner" is SC861!
Once that was decided I went on to creating. I loaded up the peach stamp with the Pale Papaya and then used a sponge dauber to add Mango to one side and Flamingo to the other. I used an embossing folder on the white panel to add interest. One peach and the sentiment are popped up using foam dots.
These are super fun, bright colors this week. I hope you will join us in the gallery!

Fabulous! So glad you could play with your new stamp set and make this terrific card. The striped paper is a wonderful addition. Love how you used the sketch, too. Beautiful inspiration!

Jeanne, you get the award for the perfect subject for these colors; those peaches look good enough to eat! I love how you applied the inks to the stamp. Love the striped paper in the background and the texture on the white panel!

Your card is very nice!! Thanks for the tip of using the sketch challenges - great idea. I was going to use this set today also. I have never used it. I thought I had die cuts with it, but I didn't find them. Like it mattered, I fussy cut everything on my flower card anyway. I like the gold cord and your sentiment panel also.

Jeanne, I totally agree with you finding sketches helpful on the mojo! You've done a great job on this design! My summer stamp camp was designed around the Peach stamp set, so I'm really diggin' your card, this is great inspiration! TFS
