Such a fun way to make use of some scraps of designer paper. My little otter is happily in his element of water complete with bubbles floating into the air.

This is SO cute! I love the beautiful blues in the dsp you used for the background, and the orientation of the strips. I love that little otter popping out of the water. Faved!
