Congrats Lynn! I was inspired by our FS Lynn's card Awesome Otter in Gentle Waves (Awesome Otter in Gentle Waves by starzlmom28 at Splitcoaststampers. Kept the general layout with the exception of adding my birthday gift wrap for the waves, and skipping the brown framing.

That otter is so adorable and just makes a person smile. Love your fun take on "water" with the dotted paper. Just adds to the "fun" factor on this card.
