I love this happy everything stamp set, I found it for sale and bought it just recently!
I used a layout from the sketch challenge here to create a birthday card for my nephew. The balloon is popped up, and I cut the sentiment out and popped it up as well.
I glued the starts on the card first, then embossed it, so the starts have the texture and are embedded into the background.
