I made a birthday card for a Gardner
with a window on the front of the card
as if you look through a greenhouse window filled with dried herbs and flowers.
Some garden tools are hanging beneath the beads string.
My image is from an old decoupage sheet, cut by hand and made 3D.
The stamped sentiment on the inside says: "Have a very nice day".
Accessories: BigShot/Embossing folder: flowers/CreaLies: Scalloped rectangle die/Line stickers/Purple and green ribbon/Beads and iron wire/Charms/ foam dots/Yellow Rhinestones
Techniques: Die cutting-Dry embossing-Fussy cutting- making a string with beads

Gorgeous! So beautiful. An amazing scene so rich in depth and details. Love the tiny scallops and the strings of beads & charms. I am not a gardener, but I would love this birthday card. So very pretty. Wonderful inspiration for the challenge colors!

Clever idea for a window card, and so beautiful! The cascade of gems on the front is such a lovely touch, and the image inside the greenhouse is so appealing!

What a lovely card, Niki! Even better, it's filled with surprises when it's opened! Love the 3D effect and all the shades of blue. Using a window card for this was very clever!! Thank you so much for sharing your card and creative talents with us at Double Trouble!!! -Donna
