My sister's birthday is Valentine's Day, so of course this will go to her. I did this all backwards! First I used a Real Red scrap & punched 1-3/4" Squares. Then using a scrap of Canson w/c paper I punched 1-1/4" scallop squares. I still did not know what to do. I spied the SU Hearts a Flutter still out, so using scrap paper started stamping hearts to see which one I wanted. Stamped this heart on the scallop squares. Then I thought since it's w/c paper I'd better do something. Using my RR ink pad I blotted some color on with a wet brush. Then I discovered they didn't fit on the card as I thought I wanted them. Then I looked for some background paper & picked one out from a watercolor pad. Finally I used 2 stamps & masked & stamped the Happy Valentine's Birthday. I'm so done with this!!!!!
Thanks for stopping by.

The watercolour filling in the hearts is beautiful. It's a lovely Valentine's birthday card. I like the way you fitted the sentiment round the central square.
