There's nothing that strikes terror into the heart of a demo more than hearing your hostess say, "Some of my friends scrap and some stamp, so there will be a mix of people at the workshop." What do you do to please scrapbookers, yet won't turn off stampers who don't scrap?
This is my most recent answer. I cruised through my large library of idea books and found the shape for this pocket in one and the idea for mixing alphabets and embellishments for this saying in another. I combined the two, and voilą! A pocket that can either be a card or a scrapbook page element! The scrapbookers get to play with the alphabet stamps and the stampers get to see how versatile an alphabet set can be in making cards.
For dimensions, cut your paper 4 1/4" x 7". Cut from the fold to 1" down the left side of the pocket front to make the reveal. I left the piece I cut off by the paper trimmer so people could use it to trim their own pockets.
I used craft ink to stamp on the twill because it was easier to get a dark image than classic.
