I have no stamps that have to do with exercise really and I had seen this cartoon that made me laugh. so I printed it out and framed it with black embossing. Mounted it on a oanel of blue with an embossed sentiment. It is a get well card for a friend who over did the exercising a little a while ago and now cannot do much of anything until things heal up.
