This background has been building up for quite a while. It was originally a gel plate print with jumbo bubble wrap. I added the grid, planning to turn it into a sort of garden feel. It's been sitting like that for a couple of months. Last night, to use up a scrap of foil left on my desk, I scribbled Tombow glue on it and added the foil. The flower is cut from a sort of leather-effect paper, with gold glitter card for the centre. I cut the flowers from green card, embossed with Textile ef and swiped with Peeled Paint archival, contouring a bit before adding to the card.
Trying to think what would add a pop of colour and thought of Dina's Very Peri mix, so I'm tagging it for that challenge. I used blue sketch and some violet to to soften it, then die-cut the sequins.
Sentiment tag from LOTV, and for the base, I sponged with Hickory Smoke distress and stamped with an old HA script stamp in green.
