I trimmed Distress Watercolor card to 4" x 5.1/4", smooshed Kitsch Flamingo and Faded Jeans Distress Oxide inks on to the craft mat on my glass media mat and spritzed with water. I laid the panel into the inks, dried and tapped back in to pick up the remaining droplets of ink. I placed the Polka Hearts Stencil over the panel, pounced White Gesso through the polka dots using a Mini Round Blending Tool and dried.
I cleaned the stencil and moved it so that the hearts were over the polka dots and applied Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide ink using a Distress Blending Brush.
With the stencil still in place, I inked the sentiment from Simon Says Warmest Wishes stamp set with Intense Black ink and stamped through the stencil on to the pink hearts.
I inked the sentiments from Simon Says So Much Love with Intense Black ink and stamped in the centre of the panel. I added Lucy's Little Things Ice Crystal sequins and matted the panel on to an A2 card blank.
