Lisa is our Teapot Challenge hostess and we are sending cards of encouragement to Heather who loves dogs. I stamped 6 strips of cardstock with the color challenge colors - substituting my closest colors. Thank you, Jeanne, for these fun colors to work with. These strips were mounted on a black panel. I noticed too late that I had mounted my scrip strip upside down. lol Using a die with dog houses and paws and black cardstock, I made a border to adhere near the bottom of the card front. That border strip was mounted on gray. The dog image was die cut and mounted on the sentiment panel. I hope our cards with be an encouragement to Heather.
Thank you, Lisa and Jeanne, for these great challenges!

Great combination of challenges. I love your stamped strips, they make such a colorful backdrop for that adorable Boston Terrier. It's been so much fun to see all the different dogs in today's gallery!

This is one fun card with all the elements you created. Thanks for explaining the process of this card. Terrific job on making your design and background. That cute puppy just finishes it with a smile. Fav'd TFS

Awesome design. Love how you stamped several different panels in the challenge colors and then cute & combined them on your card. So clever! Love the puppy and the row of dog houses. A mistake is just an opportunity to be creative. Great card!
