These are such happy colors today, Jeanne. Thank you for the challenge.
The colors to be used are Pear Pizzazz, Poppy Parade and Polished Pink. (Lots of Ps in this challenge). The dessert option was to make it a Valentine but I have all my Valentines made and went for a simple note card instead.
If I had not been so careless when using the Very Versailles word stamp I might be a bit happier with the results of the card. At any rate, I was inspired by a card created by Melissa Kerman I had found quite some time ago on Pinterest. It is always surprising to me how a card evolves when using the emboss resist technique. Melissa had used clear EP but finding I did not have the best results with the clear I went for the white embossing powder.

Penni, this is a perfect example using the heat emboss resist technique! I find stamping the collage part the most difficult, you did it beautifully here! Thanks for sharing this inspiring design!

This is spectacular! What a lovely collage behind the white butterflies, and my favorite technique, emboss resist. As suen said, straight into my faves!

You nailed the resist technique with this beauty. I actually love all the script on this so I don't think you overdid it at all. Collage is difficult for me so I always admire when it is done well -- I admire this card as it was done very well. Beautiful!
