I've used Dina's template to make this card, but didn't follow all steps, I've die cut 2 dancers and glued them together with an iron thread between them and fixed it through the design paper before gluing to base.
so the dancer folds flat and can stand up to keep the piano opened
I've embellished with die cut flowers and a music key, made the sentiment with silver sticker letters and added some roses.
