My youngest daughter has loved llamas since way before llamas were all the rage. Yesterday was her birthday and, if the horribly nasty weather we have been experiencing clears up enough, she is going to come for supper tomorrow. Figured she would enjoy this adorable diva llama as it seemed perfect for a birthday card.
I used an aqua painter to colour the image (digital) then splashed and splattered the background around the llama. Could not capture it in the photo, but I used a glimmer pen to sparkle up the floral headpiece and Ranger Glossy Accents on the eyes. Dug out some MS punches that have not seen the light of day in years to fancy up the corners and the inside panel. A few pearls to glam it up and this little llama is ready to celebrate.

Oh, my goodness! Fabulously colored llama! I am loving and faving this card. Although, I don’t have a llama! LOL
I see it is digital, but then I couldn’t color that well anyway!

What an adorable llama image and so wonderfully colored. Definitely a diva llama. I like those glammed up corners and the golden banners. Fantastic birthday card!
First thing that came to mind when I saw your beautifully colored llama was - what a glamour-puss! And, after reading how your daughter loves llamas, I'm sure your daughter will love it!!
