I used a blue leftover piece of a gelprint, ripped it in pieces and glued it on, together with some napkin and bookpaper pieces. Let dry. Used a a sequins stencil with blue metalic guache paint.When dry I toned the background down with some gesso, let dry. Stamped some text over the whole card.
Die cut a small tag from the gelprint paper, stamped some text over, fussy cut a sticker and sponged lightly, glued on the tag. Used a punch to for the corners and punched some hearts out. Stabled the tag on the card glued the sentiment on. Sponged all edges.
