This is my sample for CC877. Chris is our hostess and she chose Melon mambo, granny apple green, mango melody for her color trio. Dessert option this week is any blue.
For my card I used the new Winter Mouse by Woodstove die from CottageCutz to create a January birthday card for my niece.
The indoor wall scene was created with Stampin'-Up designer paper. I used a night of navy pattern from the "floral boutique designer series. The mouse, chair, blanket coffee cup & teapot are cut in the challenge colors.
I used another CottageCutz die for the "warm" phrase. My sentiment is an MFT stamp.
That's my sample for this week. Chris has given us some great colors for our card projects. I can't wait to see how you will use them in your design.

What a heart-warming (and mouse-warming) scene you've created, Mary! I love the expression on the mouse's face; she looks so content! Perfect colors--love the fire in the stove and that pink teapot! So cute!

Super cute scene in the challenge colors. Love the mouse all snuggled up and cozy in the big chair with his hot cup of tea. Love the tea kettle on the stove. I still have some of the navy DSP and it was a wonderful choice for the "walls". Love your warm birthday wishes card, Mary.
