Living in California, I've had a chance to see otters at play in the ocean. You see them swimming amongst the kelp and they are so cute. I wanted to create a fun environment for my own little guy. I know not everyone has sea kelp dies so I thought I would try out the Stampin'Up Forever Fern dies as a substitute. I'm happy! So cute! We have visited Morrow Bay many times when we were stationed at Vandenberg AFB, and have seen them floating around with the kelp. I never thought of adding kelp to my cards! TFS!
