When Angie asked if we could make a card to celebrate Stacy I was wondering how I could fit it in with the craziness of the end of December. I started to browse Stacy's gallery and decided I had to find the time and I kept coming back to this beauty - From the Heart by Twinshappy at Splitcoaststampers. I couldn't get mine to be as beautiful and I wish I had found thread and not used ribbon ( tried that for colour challenge CC876) as that would not stay in place. I didn't have ivory cardstock that I could use with Copics, just for my layering, so I sponged it to take "the edge" off the white. Thank you Stacy for all you have done with those challenges over the last 10 years.
Fun fact: I finished this card on December 30th - exactly 10 years after Stacy uploaded hers!

Oh, I just love this! It's so cool the way you tucked the ribbons behind the poinsettia! You chose a lovely card to CASE and created a lovely one of your own! Beautiful coloring on your poinsettia. Thanks so much for being able to squeeze this in and Guest Designing with us!

Janine what are you talking about this is gorgeous! Firstly love the blue poinsettia, you know I love both color and flower. Secondly the ribbon looks great verses the cord, awesome idea. The decorative edges is perfect touch. Simply gorgeous! Glad you were able to stamp and case one of my creations... 10 years later and all. hee hee

Fabulous poinsettia. Love the pearls in the center. Wonderful use of the challenge colors in this beautiful card to honor Stacy. Love the ribbon. Nicely done with your case. Fun fact that you uploaded exactly 10 years after she did. Happy New Year.
