Thank you, Julie for the CAS challenge this week, Merry and Bright. I debated using one of my merry and bright sentiment stamps in the middle of a white A2 card, but this precious penguins were too cute not to ink them up. And so I did...
This Art Impressions set has no item number, just marked 2006. I was fortunate to find them at our MECCA: Materials Exchange Community Center for the Arts. A treasure trove for any sort of artist. This set was a $1. All ink stained (musta been loved, don't you think)? Stamped direct to paper, embossed with the 'Black Sparkle' ep, colored with a few Copics. Die cute the panel. Love those pastel colors of the base.
I, too, wish our marvelous art community here at SCS a Merry Christmas...may you be surrounded with loved ones, may all those tasks get done, and joy overflow you!

I can see why they were well loved and glad they found another loving home with you. You used them beautifully on this fun card. Love the framing. So darn cute.

I love penguins and this is just too cute! Your story warmed my heart. I too made out like a bandit at an estate sale a few years back and have several much loved stamp sets so I totally get what you are saying! Love the unexpected colors on this card!

What a score of a stamp, Susan. So cute and how fun to emboss with the black sparkle. I would never have thought to do that and it looks great. I love your Christmas wishes for all of us! Merry Christmas to you and yours!
