I chose to case her Joy to You card today. I made mine mostly white instead of using DP and made mine a square card rather than A2. I kept JOY as the focus.
I die cut my joy with vine out of white paper instead of a pattern - then I die cut it again out of black fun foam and layered the white die cut to it and adhered it to my card base so it's quite dimensional.
I had a separate berry die that happened to fit perfectly over the white berries so I die cut them out of red glitter paper and adhered them over the berries on the Joy die cut.
The background layer was die cut using Marvelous Squares from Spellbinders (older set) and the card base was cut with Nested Scalloped Square die from PTI (also older set!)
Congrats on being the FS today Jo Ann! enjoy your week in the FS gallery and thank you for the inspiration!

Thank you so much! Being selected is such a nice surprise and I am walking around in a little glow!
I like your stunning Joy card. The white letters on the black BG really pop and the card looks so festive with all the beautiful layers.
Have a wonderful holiday.

Julia, this is BEAUTIFUL! Wow. Such an elegant die and then your layers and berries make it totally pop. Great framing too. Love it! Hugz
