I told myself it had tones of violet in it and is not the cold blue that I dislike so much . It made me think of blueprint sketch. Twilight here, so my colour is not quite right in the photo.
Mediums - I used a clingwrap background from my stash for the bird, so that's Brushos and spray starch. I used bleach to lift the colour from his eyes and beak, added colour in to the beak and wings with watercolour and added Glossy Accents to the beak. Stamped the background with DOX Blueprint Sketch.
Looked in my stash for a foreground and found this remnant of a gel print. Stamped the sentiment on white card and cut with the speech bubble, angling it towards the bird. Stencilled TCW stencil with mustard seed distress.

Amazing techniques to achieve this wonderful look! I'm especially fond of your love musical background and speech bubble stenciling. Such a great look with your cling-wrap bird and bleaching...great finishing!
