Sketch 883 included the double-dare option to include a gate-fold with belly band (tutorial here on SCS). I haven't made one of these in ages but really enjoyed layering up the band and focal piece.
I used gold glitter paper for the sentiment then added a small strip on the band and three punched circles around the image to tie it all together.
