I can't remember what this technique is called on SCS, I'm pretty sure I've seen a tutorial on it here but can't find it now.
I started by sponging Gorgeous Grape, Tempting Turquoise, and Island Indigo on the front panel. When it was dry, I stamped several snowflakes repeatedly on the panel, heat embossing them with clear embossing powder. Then, I added more of the same inks in the same areas followed by stamping more snowflakes. This time I embossed them with white embossing powder.
I cut the panel down, heat embossed the sentiment and popped it up. The final touch are a scattering of snowflake sequins.
Thanks for looking!
