A big congrats to embee, the newest Featured Stamper (FS775)! She has a lovely gallery & I chose THIS to case. I kept the layout but changed most everything else. I went from rainbow colors to just red & green, birthday to Christmas, & A2 to slimline.
For my card, I stamped, colored & cut out the elf shoes & also a long white panel. I used my resizing tech to make the panel a little bit longer than it normally would be. I used the same tech to cut the red & green sections I attached to the white panel. These were some papers I had spritzed w/ bleach a long time ago & I thought it added a bit of visual texture to the plain colors. After they were attached, I dry embossed across the top w/ a snowflake border folder. The greeting was stamped & a few glittery die cut snowflakes were added. Some of the elf shoes were popped up a bit before attaching.
Thanks so much for looking. It's on my blog w/ Copic colors & links: The Write Stuff

Julie, this is a great case of the inspiration card. I adore those elf shoes and as usual your coloring makes them pop against the red, white and green embossed layers. This is precious!

I really like where our FS's idea took you, Julie. Love those elf feet on this slimline!
