This week we are painting loose florals. It is a great way to use up watercolor scraps. First using the larger brush did the slimline format with ultramarine blue and janes gray. Sponged with not quite navy on the blue cardstock. Stamped the sentiment. Made two simple cas that are not made into cards. The yellow is made using quinacridone gold and various browns for the center. My other blue card was done with Colbalt turquoise and sap green. Added gold splatters and white acrylic dots to center. My last card was made into a holiday card. Used sap green for the pine boughs. Crimson for the florals. Splattered with gold ink and added white for highlights. Added gold to the border. WOWZA, my friend, absolutely beautiful colors and designs. I love that you even turned one into a Christmas flower - I will have to tuck that gem into my memory bank for another day.
