As always, this week's Feature Stamper, Amy (aka askloeblen) brings a delightful array of wonderful cards but with the added bonus of some very fun, personalized and creative crafts. I chose this card: So In LOVE with Shiplap Dies! by askloeblen at Splitcoaststampers
I loved that the sentiment was the main focal point, so I used a verse as my focal point and kept her wood plank bg and green foliage embellishments. I changed the stamps, foliage and colors and added a frame to the verse.
I wanted a fancy frame around the verse, but my only fancy oval was way too bit, so I settled for the simple scallop. I traced the smaller oval onto the green paper and hand cut a slight edge. For the foliage, I cut the die cuts apart to use twigs here and there as I needed.
Congratulations Amy, you have a wonderful Gallery and I especially loved your inspirational cards. I hope you enjoy your week as FS and the cards you have inspired. Both Amy's card and mine have the central theme of "Faith". I hope whatever circumstances you may find herself in that your Faith will help sustain you through it. There is little that is more powerful than Faith. TFL.

Lovely card - and I love your message. Faith is indeed what gets us through the tougher moments of our lives - and also helps us to appreciate the happy ones! TFS.

Thank you for your kind comments. Yes, faith is everything. I try to help remind people of that when they’re down. And I just love your case! Having the sentiment as the focal point is great. Your colors are just so soothing.

Great pick! (I am trying to see if I can CASE that one, too. We'll see.) I love the subtle wood grain in the BG and all of your dies to highlight that wonderful verse!

I love the subtle look of the woodgrain in the background. Makes your verse just pop and love how you framed it and added in your greenery. Wonderful case, Debbie!
