This card was made for Lisa's Falliday Fest challenge to use holiday dp scraps on our card. Great idea!

I pulled out my bin of scraps and layered bits and pieces onto double sided adhesive paper. I glued this onto a red layer and and the coordinating background dp onto my card.

I stamped and colored my image, adding Crystal Lacquer to the cat's eyes and ornaments. I used pop dots to attach it to the card.
