Yuck! The scanner did a job on the ribbon! Its true color is the tail on the far left. It's a perfect match for the paper IRL!
The silk flower is from a cheap Hawaiian lei. The curvy vertical lines were made by placing wide elastic bands (the kind used to hold lobster claws shut) around a rubber brayer.

Oh yes, I remember the sixties! You're right, those poly shirts we had back then do look just like that paisley. But the colors in your card are really cool looking. TFS
