Coming back on a road trip, Dave and I stopped off in the Fraser Canyon one winter morning in January of 2001. The clouds were hanging low in the valley, creating a beautiful landscape. The thick frost on the hay in the field looked crisp and cold, while the hills in the back looked blue in the morning mists. An old farm shead added enough character to the sceene that we had to take a picture.
It was so quiet and still. You almost did not want to breathe for fear of disturbing the peace of the hayfield in the little valley. It was so peaceful looking. The world wrapped in a blanket of frost and low clouds.
