I made this card for Cathy's Ways To Use It challenge to use "A Different Perspective". For my different perspective, I saw the bunny ears for the sock monkey as flower petals when stamped around a circular center.
I masked off a small center and stamped my petals/ears around the outside. I peeled back my mask and the drew in my flower center. I colored and cut out my flower head. Then I drew the stem and leaves. I colored and cut them. It looks pretty whimsical. I stamped and sponged the background and added a sentiment. Finally, I adhered down my flower to the card base.
Thanks for looking!

How cute is that!!! I have a lot of those accessory types of stamps so thanks for the idea of looking at them with other possibilities!

Beautiful background, I always liked that stamp. And such a creative flower - the long loops in it remind me of, was it called daisy stitch in embroidery? And all the dots are like little French knots in the centre.
