Die cut one piece each of acetate and white cardstock. Stamp girl collage on acetate using StazOn jet black ink. Let dry. Flip over and use fingers to smear metallic copper & metallic gold acrylic paints on the back of the acetate. (SUPER shiny in person!) Press white cardstock die cut on top of acrylic paints and smear around some more. Added small amounts of extra paint to fill in empty areas. Let dry.
Adhere script scrapbook paper to front of white cardstock base. Stamp repeatedly with splatter stamp using timber brown ink. Stamp calligraphy flourish in corner. Adhere layered acetate panel to card front. Stamp postage cancellation mark and "Congratulations" using jet black ink. Cut metallic copper ribbon to size, singe ends (to prevent fraying), and adhere to card front. Adhere gold and brown sequins to ribbon. Edge entire card in timber brown ink. Thanks for looking!
