I didn't have time over the weekend to try out my suggestion of using an embossing folder to create texture under tissue for the TLC, so this was my chance. I used the TH Mechanics ef. I coloured my tissue paper with Victorian Velvet, Antique Linen and Hickory Smoke DOX pressed onto a glass mat and misted. When it was dry, I stamped it with a text stamp, crumpled it up a bit and used gel medium to stick it to my piece of embossed card. When dry, I rubbed a bit with some craft-t rub-ons, and then used Archival Inks to highlight the embossing.
I made a lift-the-flap card and added a sentiment underneath. The other photo shows the Loads of Love pick-up on the front.
S - sentiment, stitched square
M - mixed media
I - assorted inks
L - lift the flap, loads of love
E - embossing, envelope, eyelets

And I guess you got enough stuff packed into your card for the SMILE challenge to account for me forgetting it. Haha! Now I want to make one of these lift the flap cards. It's so fun!
