I chose a fall scene, as I wanted to make a Thanksgiving card. I saw a card yesterday, by my sweet friend Nancy Littrell, and wanted to try something similar. I used distress oxide inks, blending the colors on hot pressed watercolor paper, then pressed versamark through the leaves stencil and finished with a light application of gold and copper embossing powders. The sentiment was stamped in dark chocolate. Here's my inspiration.

A beautiful clean design with your lovely shimmering leaves Sue! I was just looking at that sentiment today as I've been working on Thanksgiving cards as well!

Her card was beautiful, and so is yours, mf!! Gorgeous for Thanksgiving with that nice sentiment.
