An old Stamps Happen stamp which I believe was part of an African animal series. Watercolored the image. Since we have a Sunbeam Tiger car, I have occasions to send fellow club members cards with a tiger theme.
I border most cards with a thin back panel of a color which is found in the main image(or thin gold line, another favorite). I think of it as matting a picture.

My husband and I were just talking about how we have to preserve some of the animals that seem to be slipping away. Your card is a gorgeous picture of a tiger. Thank you for sharing your talents. Hopefully tigers will still be seen in real life.
