What a cool bg. Anne is right, it does look like jewels. Using the Velum for the flowers was a great choice as it continues to highlight that gorgeous bg. Beautiful coloring. Brenda will surely adore this.

The layer of stamped vellum over the background is very effective. Lovely background, too. I thought it was a diecut overlay, at first.
