I made this for my 6-yr-old niece, using scrap strips. I cut the circle using Hero Arts nesting circles and manually punched the dots using a screwpunch. The letters were printed out, fussy cut, and covered with a few layers of embossing powder. I'm entering this in the Stay Crafty with Hero Challenge #26, Rainbows.
