The page had already been 'stamped' with a stencil that had left over acrylic ink on it. Add more ink if needed and splatter generously with Scribble Sticks. Paint the chipboard person and mist with water. When dry, splatter with Scribble Sticks. Die cut a sentiment and use stickers and design tape for the rest of the words. Finish with some sequins.
