This is my card for yesterdays IC820. Amy sent us to Nordic Wall Decor where I looked at Bedroom Wall Art & chose these birds. Years ago one of my BFFs moved to AZ. I miss her a lot & this will go to her because our third friend is also here, close to me. I was cleaning up some stuff today & found several packages of David Tutera embossed & die cut layers. These packs were 50c!!! No wonder I bought many!!! Confession - this is the first I've used any. I worked in our now closed craft store - I figured I was spending so much money in there I might as well get a discount. So that was my retirement job & it was fun. In the long run, I don't think I made any money!!!
This was a fun site Amy, thanks for taking us there.
Thanks for stopping by.

This is adorable and I love your flock of birds. So sweet and I love how you colored them. That bg frame/diecut is gorgeous and makes a beautiful backdrop for your image. Your friend will adore this -- especially with the symbolism of the three pals. Great take on the inspiration photos and a beautiful card.

Those bird plaques look amazing; I can understand why you were drawn to them. Pretty birds and coloring too, Karen, and I really like those coral blossoms surrounding them drawing the eye inward!

Sweet story on making this darling card. Sure your friend will enjoy your thoughtfulness. Like the bird trio and how you colored them and the dainty background. TFS
