I haven't used this technique in probably 20 years but it was fun to pull out an oldie but goodie.
I stamped my butterfly first and added color, then stamped over the entire panel with the Irish Blessing but only colored the parts outside the butterfly. I patted on some Amari Magic (anti-static) before stamping the 3rd element to help keep a crisper look when adding color with a Q-tip and finished with a die cut sentiment.
Mounted my panel on a rust red card base.
