Lots of dry embossing, lots of sponging, with some sparkle on the hearts (courtesy of Champagne Shimmer Paint).
I love "fluffing" my sentiments by using my fingers to curve and shape the paper. I then apply Stampin' Dimensionals to the back and attach the sentiment by scrunching it together a bit to keep the lift and waves (the "fluffing").
I ran the brush tip of a Stampin' Write Marker around the edges of each heart to add a hint of definition.

The recipient is sure to feel the love in this lovely creation. Every little detail in the texture and distressing bring this altogether so beautifully, but the ribbon that wraps around it all is a quintessential hug that encapsulates the love being sent.
