Today's WT: Use anything that man can fly in.

I stamped each balloon and colored with blends, then fussy cut. For the sky panel, I sponged it in bliss blue lightening it as I went higher then stamped the balloons again. Added happy birthday from a Paper Pumpkin kit, a rhinestone and popped it up on foam tape over a cloud embossed panel. To me, white looked Best for the cb. Thanks for stopping by! ~Roberta
