So, I had the idea I could you know dry brush the sky to add some texture and I kept going outside to look at the sky but, today is one of the few "blue ish" skies we have had recently around here due to forest fire smoke. everything you see here was something I just painted. This is a first try, I have some masking fluid (Windsor newton) and I did sketch the balloon and use that for that then painted the sky & mountains and then pulled that off to do the balloon) this was mostly free hand I did have some leaks under the tape at the top but, decided to just roll with what I had. The colors here are an "inspired by" this pin seen here. I did skip the trees, I forgot they were in the foreground. And then I did end up placing the finished card into a scrap booking sized Misti to do the sentiment after it was all dry. ( its a little too tall for a medium sized one) You can find this challenge here to play along with us. tfl.
