Exceptionally, due to a scheduled power outage yesterday, I was working from home at my stamping desk in the morning - the only place I could rely on a good mobile data signal. So, I managed also to get a card made for Teapot Tuesday, and then whilst tidying my desk, thought I should try this Nuvo Mousse which I had been attempting to revive with distilled water. It's nowhere near as buttery and creamy as it used to be, but it came out okay so I think I'll make a couple more backgrounds to use it up rather than throw it out. Behind it, I used a piece that was from Jean's alcohol ink marbling TLC way back. It's one I'd used pearl ink for and it clumped. The stencil is CraftEmotions Water. I could have sworn the bottom strip was also a TLC or MIX but I can't find it - it was paint dotted on card and then wiped with a circular motion. Across the top I added two die-cut borders and a sentiment. The orangey seaweed is cut from DOX on glossy photo paper, and the green-purple one from DOX sponged on card. The little shells were stamped on a leftover piece of "fossil stone", the sea urchin is from the same piece as the green weed fronds, shaped slightly. I have, in the past, stood on a sea urchin with spines, and I am now very cautious if I think they are likely to be around. The turtle was stamped twice on white card and coloured with Polychromos pencils. His shell was contoured, then embossed with Versamark and clear EP. A sprinkling of clear microbeads along the bed adds a little texture - and there's a piece of string art from a long-ago MIX which I cut out and added.

Such a beautiful card, Sabrina. Love the textured circles in the background and that lovely die at the top of your card caught my attention right away!
