I started by turning the sketch -90 degrees,
so I could make a flap (no 3 on the sketch) and hide some stamped sentiments and image.
My image is from a decoupage sheet from Mattie. I die cut the oval shape en fussy cut the birds and the butterfly on the flap.
For further embellishment I added diamond gems along the oval and a die cut corner on the flap.

Gorgeous! Beautiful image and the corner treatment and turn you gave the sketch makes a very elegant look. Using the diagonal element as a flap you have really created a unique fold and gorgeous card!
