Went with a monochromatic sea life birthday theme for my nieces birthday card. Used two different Tim Holtz stamp sets and sentiment is from Unity. Colored with Copics and fussy cut. I can never fussy cut that party hat without losing its poof top, so added the embellishment for a topper instead. Added two more with sentiment to tie them together better. Bright pink background is a smoosh and dry of two distress oxides and rest of the layers are scraps from my stash.

Party hat for the seahorse--what fun. Thanks for making a great sample for the sketch.

Great monochromatic card with that seahorse in his birthday hat!

I know thw problem with cutting those little poof tops. I have cut off a few of them myself. I love the colors and the pearl hat topper makes it more fitting for a seahorse anyway!
