Cathy's Take The Scenic Route challenge ( WT844 - Take the Scenic Route (5/13/21) by cathymac at Splitcoaststampers) was a great opportunity to pull out this die set. I gave away the last card I made with it - I'll hold onto this one for a while.
Backgrounds are alcohol ink marbling on water for the sky, and homemade paste paper textured with I can't remember what. TH Suburbia cut from watercolour paper and coloured with watercolours. The panel was matted onto black and then a white base.

oh, yeah!!! I get to be first...I had to linger with this smile inducing card. The sky and scripture are such a comforting combination with those endless blue skies tinged in lavender. The village is just perfect for you. It's my first look at TH's dies...what a wonderful scene. The 'grassy hills' have a super texture with a stencil? perhaps. Enjoy your beautiful card, mf!

Wonderful marbling and watercoloring. The village is so pretty and the clothesline makes it perfect. I really love the verse.

I am obsessed with this card, Sabrina. I love everything about this. The jumble of cottages and houses with the washy coloring. I love the array of colors and just how you put all of this together. If I made this I would sit it on my kitchen table and stare at it over my coffee.
